Two ICMol Researchers Recognised with 2025 GE3C Awards...

Two researchers from the Institute of Molecular Science (ICMol), a research centre of the University of Valencia, have been recognised in the 2025 edition of the awards granted by GE3C (Spanish Group of Crystallography and Crystal Growth).

Luis León Alcaide, a researcher in the CEL group, has been awarded the 2025 Catalina Ruiz Pérez Prize, in recognition of his scientific career and his contribution to the advancement of crystallography and crystal growth.

Meanwhile, Clara Chinchilla Garzón, a researcher in the FUNIMAT group, has received the 2025 Xavier Solans Prize, which recognises the best research work and highlights the impact of her scientific activity in the field of crystallography.

Both awards are granted by GE3C, in collaboration with the Royal Spanish Society of Chemistry (RSEQ), the Royal Spanish Society of Physics (RSEF), and Bruker, and they underscore the excellence of the research carried out in this field.

The Institute of Molecular Science warmly congratulates both researchers on these distinctions, which reflect the quality and impact of the research conducted at ICMol.
