Background
Kassio Zanoni (PhD) is currently a Juan de la Cierva Fellow (Spanish Ministry of Science) working at Universidad de Valencia. He received his PhD in Chemistry from University of São Paulo in 2016, and has been a post-doctorate fellow ever since.
Research interests
Designing, developing and characterizing new and state-of-the-art semiconducting materials and devices with improved intrinsic properties.
Focus on deposition of oxides and semiconductors via vacuum depositions, not limited to co-evaporated perovskites, but also using atomic layer deposition, pulsed laser deposition and sputtering for obtaining films of charge transport layers and transparent conductive oxides and encapsulators.
